Jordan & Tristen Norenberg get married at a beautiful, rustic Central Minnesota wedding venue!

What a day to remember! Jordan and Tristen started the day excited and ready to get married and ended the day partying away celebrating their love! And Central Minnesota wedding venue, The Barn at Stoney Hills, was the perfect space for all of their wedding celebrations. Read on to see all the in-betweens of their day!

Getting Ready

Jordan and Tristen enjoyed the two beautifully rustic getting ready suites to spend their morning getting ready with friends. Each one has great seating/lounging areas (because you know you don’t want to be on your feet the whole day!), places to hang your wedding attire, and great mirror space. The suites are decorated perfectly to help you feel relaxed and special. After everyone is all ready and the first look has taken place, the door that separates the two spaces can be opened so the entire wedding party can lounge and hang out while they wait for the ceremony.

Outside the getting ready space is a gorgeous front porch. This space is perfect for hanging a dress for photos (like above), doing flatlay detail photos, or doing your first look. Jordan chose to use the space for her first look with her Uncle (so sweet, as her dad isn’t here to help her celebrate her marriage).

First Look

After Jordan’s first look with her uncle, we headed out to another great space at The Barn at Stoney Hills: the shaded cross and grove. This space is great for a first look because it is shaded and private. Obviously, this is one of the most special parts of a wedding day, and it did not disappoint for Jordan and Tristen. They were so excited to see each other all ready for their day!

Mr. & Mrs. Portraits

This central Minnesota barn venue has so many stunning locations for your portraits. Jordan and Tristen chose a few of my favorites! The inside of the barn facing the reception space, the balcony of the barn, and the little bridge over the creek. When I tell you there are so many more spaces to choose from, I am not exaggerating! Just wait for their sunset photos!

Wedding Party & Family Photos

Jordan and Tristen were joined to celebrate their day by many of their closest friends and family. Of course, we have to have some fun taking their group photos!

Ceremony

The highlight of the whole day: the part where Jordan and Tristen tie the knot! Of course, their ceremony was stunning, with not the slightest of details missing. It was beautifully sunny and warm, and you could feel the love in the air!

Reception

As any rustic Central Minnesota wedding venue should have, The Barn at Stoney Hills has plenty of rustic details! From the antler chandelier to the beautiful wooden chairs, this venue is beautiful through and through! Jordan and Tristen decided to book a mobile bar called The Pour Mule with the same modern rustic vibes. What a fun addition to their wedding day! This all sets the stage beautifully to enjoy a full night of dinner, fun, and dancing!

The evening started with an entrance from the balcony (how fun!!!), dinner, toasts, and then Jordan and Tristen’s first dance.

During the reception, I always encourage escaping to take some sunset photos. The evening light at The Barn at Stony Hills does NOT disappoint! I am in love with these sunset photos!

After the main reception events and sunset photos, the party started! As you can see, they really had a great time dancing with their besties!

Last Dance & Exit

Once the evening was coming to a close, Jordan and Tristen chose to do one of my favorite things: a private last dance. This dance is so special because it gives you one last moment to yourselves to enjoy the first night of your marriage. You can reminisce on the day that just took place and dream about days to come. While you are having your last dance, your guests can prep for your exit! The Norenbergs chose to have a sparkler exit, which is just so much fun at the end of an evening!

Overall, Jordan and Tristen’s wedding day was so fun, meaningful, and just a good celebration of their love and marriage! I am so honored to have been a part of it, and wish Jordan and Tristen the absolute best in their future!
